This piece embodies a vision half remembered. It shows a solitary face mourning what is from what could be. It is a complex emotion she is feeling which causes the viewer to question what happened? What did she go through to be where she is?

The layered strokes and ethereal textures crates an atmosphere of stillness, as if time stood still long enough for her to gaze in silent reflection.
