How is my artwork shipped?

Each piece is shipped in a custom wooden panel crate, wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, and secured like it’s headed into battle. We don’t mess around with protection.

Is the artwork signed or authenticated?

Every original is hand-signed by Josh Hernandez and comes with a wax-sealed, signed Certificate of Authenticity. No digital gimmicks — real seal, real signature, real deal.

Is the artwork protected or sealed in any way?

Yes. Each drawing is professionally varnished and sealed with museum-quality fixative. It’s built to last — just like the mood it leaves behind.

What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?

We guarantee a safe arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right — no stress, no runaround.

Do you accept returns?

We don’t do returns for change of mind. These are high-value originals, not fast fashion. Buy with intention.

Can I commission a custom piece?

How long does shipping take?
